- 15oz pure new Barathea wool
- Quality finish to look your best
- NOT a poverty-wage import!
Made in Scotland by skilled tailors to traditional standards, using 100% pure new barathea wool. Cheaper jackets often use 13 oz fabric (or less), but 15 oz fabric guarantees that your jacket will hang perfectly and keep its shape for years to come. So our incredible price is a deal you won't want to miss. How we make it: 100% Pure Wool 13oz Barathea Fabric, with shiny finish buttons. When to wear it: The Argyll day/evening jacket suits almost any occasion, such as dinners and Burns Suppers; balls, ceilidhs or other dances; weddings, graduations, or christenings; as well as Highland games or simply as general daywear. What to wear it with: The Argyll jacket is generally worn open, with a kilt in any tartan, and a belt and buckle. For daytime use you might wear your Argyll jacket with an ordinary collar and self-coloured tie plus day-wear sporran (when footwear is a matter of choice). As more formal dress for evening events it is perhaps better worn with a wing collar and bow tie plus semi-dress sporran, and ghillie brogue shoes. |
